
- tax payers should maintain up-to-date information on their EmaraTax Portal at all times. Any changes on the below outlined list should be updated within 20 Business Days, to avoid administrative penalties levied by the FTA
- Entity Type(Legal Type);
- Legal name/ Trade Name of the company;
- Trade license Expiry date and info;
- Ownership structure/ documents;
- Memorandum (MOA) or AOA(Article);
- Business activities as per the License
- Addition/ removal of branches and sole establishments;
- Registered address and registered contact details (email ID and phone number) of the entity;
- Emirates ID/ Passport of the Authorised Signatory, or any changes in the email ID/ phone number of the Authorised Signatory;
- Emirates ID/ Passport of the Directors, Partners, Owners etc;
- Other details – including bank account details, etc.
Failure to keeping this information uptodate at the FTA portal (your profile) may attract penalty from FTA
